How to choose Spring Summer cashmere yarn?

The coming of 2016 spring summer season brings new season design in fashion industry and cashmere industry. Cashmere garment designers begin to look for new cashmere yarn to develop new spring summer collection. When it comes to how to choose suitable cashmere yarn, many experienced designers bemay expert on it, but for some people who are new in this section or want tostart to introduce cashmere into new season collection may be not so clear about it, then this article may be helpful for you. Generally there are some factors need to be taken into consideration:

1.By Composition:

Pure cashmere yarn is not only used in fall winter collection. High count 100%cashmere yarn can be used in spring summer cashmere garment, such as 2/60, 2/80,3/68 100% cashmere yarn, which suit for tops, cardigan etc. if for cashmere blends generally the cashmere proportion of spring summer cashmere yarn islower than fall winter season, usually 30% to 5% cashmere. Consinee has cashmere ratio of 30%, 15%, 10%, 5% etc. such as our 2/60 85% Silk 15% Cashmere（Worsted）and 2/48 90% Mer.Wool 10% Cashmere（Worsted）. You can choose the ratio by your design style and request.

Usually cashmere is often blended with merino wool, cotton, silk and other material like linen, tencel etc. The blend of different materials endows cashmere with different feels and styles.

2.By count:

Thecount of spring summer cashmere yarns is higher than that of fall winterseason. We have 2/48, 2/52, 2/60, 2/68,3/68, 2/80 or higher count for your choose. Different count is used for different gauge types, such as 2/48 is for 1ply 16 gauge, 2/60 2/80 can be used for 18 gauge.

3.By craft

Semi worsted and worsted is often used in spring summer spinning. Worsted yarn is higher in twist and strength and fluffier than woolen yarn. Semi worsted yarnis between worsted and woolen yarn. Consinee have many types for semi worstedand worsted yarn.
