On November 13, the first 2023 United Nations Sustainable Cashmere Development Day hosted by the Mongolian Sustainable Cashmere Platform under the United Nations Development Programme was held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. At the event, Consinee Group technical quality Director Jin Guang made a keynote speech. Subsequently, under the preliminary assessment of Mongolia's sustainable development policy and sustainable cashmere standards, the first "Consinee Mongolia Goat Breeding and Prevention of pasture Desertification Fund" was awarded, and eight awards were awarded for the best herdsmen, herdsmen organizations, cooperatives and cashmere industry producers, which also strengthened the road of cooperation, openness and green road of the international wool textile industry. On the morning of the 14th, at the official invitation, Jin Guang made in-depth communication with relevant government officials of the United Nations on the measures taken by Consinee Group in the development of sustainable cashmere and the future development plan. They expressed their gratitude to the Consinee Group for being able to travel to Mongolia in such a short period of time, and expressed their amazement and appreciation for anticipating the needs of the future market in terms of sustainability and environmental impact.
