Mercerized wool refers to processing of wool productsafter mercerizing wool in the dyeing and finishing process of textiles.

In domestic,wool is generally needed to go throughBasolanDC chlorination or protease treatment,destruction,stripped of thecuticle layer of wool,reducing forward and reverse movement of the frictioncoefficient difference.The treated wool has luster and feel,commonly known asmercerized wool.Some foreign treatment is wool pervaporation in hot steam,andelongated 30%-50%,then shape with cold water after cooling,elongated attenuatedsheep wool called mercerized wool.

Mercerized wool can be pure wool textile,it can alsobe blended.The main characteristic is shrink water,machine washable and antipilling.

Pure wool refers to 100%wool fiber content woolsweater,no matter what worsted or woolen.If adding non wool fiber allowed bystandard in wool sweater,regardless of worsted or woolen product,they can onlybe labeled “pure wool”,not “100% wool”,only 100% wool content product can belabeled “100% wool” in the sewed trademark or swing ticket.
