2.①Oeko-Tex Associationa is established by Germany Hohenstein Institute and Australia Textile Research Institute, which is composed of the globally well-known textile institutes and their representatives.

②Oeko-Tex Associationa consists of 14 European and Japanese famous research and testing institutes, which has set up representative offices in 40 countries. With due authorization, its membership can test harmful material by its own based on Environmental protection textile standard 100. Its membership have experience in testing and chemical analysis, Moreover, they also master the knowledge of human ecology and clothing physiology. In spite of testing and approving, they also take responsibility for researching, developing and completing the OEKO-Tex.

③The membership of International OEKO-Tex Association all take the globally uniform standard in order to assure the result with integration.
