I was pleasantly surprised to find a wool and acrylic blend yarn that was a fun knit I am not an acrylic!

I made a cable hoodie with an intricate pattern. What a total pleasure to knit with this yarn. I was worried about the acrylic fiber, but was it for a friend with wool sensitivities- didn’t need to worry. It shows stitch definition perfectly even though it is a bit of a dark color! The yarn is very, very soft and the weight is lovely- heavy enough for all sweaters. Most people would think that the sweater is all wool. I could NOT be happier with this product.

Yarn suggested for the sweater in a magazine, worked up beautifully, and looks just like the photo in the mag. So both my grandsons have fox sweaters for Xmas.

This is a nice weight yarn and so r is knitting up quickly. I’m a very intricate leaf pattern sweater and it looks beautiful.

I have a huge cupboard filled with many colors of this yarn. I like that it has some wool but is machine washable. My daughter is a nurse-midwife and I have crocheted hundreds of baby hats for the babies she delivers. It makes great baby blankets also. I love beautiful wool yarns of all kinds, but Encore fills the need for a washable yarn in a jillion colors.

I make sweaters-lots of them and hats. I used this yarn for both. I loved working with them, and the recipients of the finished products were delighted with them.
